Please share a little bit about your story:

We were unaware of any heart defects until birth. Evan was taken to University of Children's in Lexington KY, from our small town Hospital just after birth. The next day was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot and VSD, along with Di-George Syndrome (22q11.2 deletion). Evan has his first open heart surgery at 3 months old and then again at 8 years old. Both were done at Cincinnati Children's. He has had many heart caths, and stents in between the heart surgeries. He his now a happy growing teenage boy.
